Do I need an ABN to order from Blaze & Foam?
No. We sell to everyone. All you require is an email address to create an online account.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No. Please note however, that there is a minimum shipping charge dictated by Australia Post, so purchasing one item will incur the same minimum shipping as a few, for example.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept 1) Credit card: Visa & Mastercard, 2) PayPal 3) Direct Deposit and 4) Over the Phone Payment and 5)Afterpay
- Credit Card - We accept Visa and Mastercard online. This is the fastest form of processed payment, since orders are processed immediately. We do not charge additional surcharges for payments by Credit Card.
- PayPal – We accept PayPal online. You can select this option at checkout, where you can then be transferred to access your PayPal account. Please note your invoice number in PayPal. Our Paypal ID is firstname.lastname@example.org. Paypal charges a 2.9% surcharge, however, we choose to cover this rather than charge you for it..
- Direct Deposit – We offer Direct Deposit as a payment option at checkout. Our bank details will appear on the emailed invoice you receive. Please quote your order number while processing the bank transfer. There are no fees applicable for this payment option. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 72 hours for the transfer to reach our account.
Phone Payment – At checkout, you can choose this as a payment option, then call us with your credit card details for over the phone processing.
If we haven't received your call within 7 days of making the order request, the order will be cancelled.
- Afterpay - currently we choose to cover the surcharge ourselves, rather than passing it on the our customer.
How do I access wholesale pricing?
We offer quantity price breaks, which are clearly shown on each item's pricing.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
When will my order arrive?
This depends on the payment method you have chosen. We recommend you pay with credit card for fastest dispatch time if you urgently need your order. Once payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. If you have paid via direct deposit or PayPal, it can take up to 72 hours for your payment to clear.
Can I collect my order in person from your showroom?
No. We do not currently have a showroom. All orders are couriered to customers.
Can I add items to an order?
If you have forgotten something, you will need to create a new order. Our system is set up in such a way that we cannot add to orders.
I did not receive my order tracking, what now?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder. Please add Blaze & Foam to your list of contacts. We also recommend that you log in to your online account with Blaze & Foam to ensure that your email address is error free.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally.
Do you send out samples?
No, we do not.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated with the Australia post calculator. This is based on the weight of your order and your postcode. You can use our estimated shipping calculator at the bottom of the screen prior to checkout.
What are your trading hours?
Customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am-5PM. The website operates 24/7.
My order confirmation / tracking email never arrived. What now?
Our ordering system sends an ordering email as soon as your order payment is received. The system also automatically sends out a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please check your spam / junk mail folder. Please add email@example.com to your contact list. You can also log into your account to double check that your specified email address is correct and to check the status of your order.
