Virtual FAQ

It's time to dive into the digital world of creativity with Blaze & Foam. Here's the lowdown on how to join the virtual fun:

Zooming In: The Setup Process

Picture this: you'll get a Zoom link sent to your inbox. No need to have a Zoom account, but it's a good idea to have the Zoom app downloaded ahead of time. Ready? Let's go:

  1. Prep Your Device: Have your laptop, tablet, or phone ready to roll.
  2. Link Up: Click on that Zoom link around 5 minutes before the workshop. You'll enter a virtual waiting room.
  3. Video Time: Once you're in, hit the video button at the bottom of your screen.
  4. Sound Check: You've got the choice to mute or unmute your microphone (it's next to the video button). Want to join the chat? The text box at the bottom is your place to shine.

Gear Up: What You Need for the Virtual Ride

Before you jump in, make sure you've got the necessary supplies. Check the event product description for specifics, but having access to a stove with a pot and water, a microwave, or an electric heating element is a must.

Connection Conundrum: Lost Internet? No Worries

Oops, internet went for a little walk? No biggie. First, cross your fingers for a quick return. If not, check your email – Blaze & Foam sends you all the connecting steps. If the connection is really playing hide-and-seek, shoot us a message at info@blazeandfoam.com.au. We'll get back to you once the virtual dust settles.

Post-Workshop Cleanup: A Snap Done with the creative frenzy? Time to clean up. Here's how:

  1. Hot Water Power: Use hot water to melt away that soy wax.
  2. Soap It Up: Add a dash of washing-up liquid and don't forget the gloves.
  3. Mind the Drain: Be mindful – not too much wax should go down the drain. If there's excess wax, scoop it up and toss it in the bin.

Rescheduling Round: The Scoop

Life throwing a curveball? If you're in a pickle and need to reschedule, Blaze & Foam's got terms and conditions that'll guide you.
