If a package has arrived and you suspect that something is damaged, please don’t refuse to accept it. Although we take great care to wrap all items correctly to avoid breakage, due to the amount of glass we send out, sometimes it still happens.
Please email your order number to email@example.com, along with photographs of the questionable item/s within 3 days of delivery being received. We can then arrange a credit to be added to your account for use on your next order.
If your fragrance has leaked in transit, please place the bottle in a plastic bag and photograph it on a digital scale. Please note that if the tamper evident seal on the bottle has been broken, we do not provide replacements. We do not resend glass products because the likelihood of it being broken in a small package again is high. We recommend that you always have extra backups of fragile items in your business preparation, in expectation of breakages sometimes occurring.
